Interval Training (1 class per week)
$9.00/class and $60.00/session for Non-members
Alternating intervals of toning and cardio
with a focus on abdominal work and stretching.
Exercises are to up-beat music
and use a variety of techniques and equipment.

Kickboxing (1 class per week)
$9.00/class or $30.00/session for Non-members
A high intensity aerobic workout using multiple kickboxing moves
Class ends with an intense ab work out and stretching

Toning (2-3 classes/week)
$9.00/class $90.00(for3)/session for Non-members
Music-motivated exercises using hand weights and floor work.
Low weights and multiple repetitions produce results for targeted areas.

Water Aerobics (2-3 classes per week)

Aerobic exercises performed in the pool
coordinated to music allowing for a total body, low- impact workout.

Yoga
$8.00 for members, $12.00 non-members per class

Focuses on traditional yoga postures and poses.
Movements help develop posture, balance, strength,
and flexibility for the entire body.
Combined breathing techniques enhance each movement.

STEP Aerobics (1-2 classes/week)

A class designed to get a complete work out. Step your way to a new you!

'Crystal'ates (2 classes per week)
$9.00/class and $60.00 (for 2)/ session for non members
Finally...a class that's appropriate for any age or fitness level! Core-based total body conditioning using the principles of Pilates and Yoga. Can be easily modified to your cosen intensity and to accommodate many physical limitations. This could be just the kind of training you've been looking for!

Per class prices are half of the adult rate but session prices are the same.
