Get fit and have fun! Cycling (or spinning) is a healthy, fun, and low-impact exercise that is appropriate for almost any fitness level. Our daily cycling classes offer a great music-motivated cardiovascular workout.
For something different, try Cycling Circuit with Colin on Monday evenings at 5:15. This 45 minute class starts out on a spin bike, progresses to cardio and strength training, and then ends the class back on the bikes for a fast-paced, full-body workout.
Please sign up for classes in advance by calling the YMCA at (607)-756-2893. First time participants will need to schedule a 15 minute orientation prior to their first spinning class.
