Personalized, research based exercise prescription for any goal. Full fitness assessments available (Body fat percentage, aerobic capacity, strength.)

Y Member: $29/hour   Community Member: $50/hour
Y Member: $19/half hour   Community Member: $35/half hour

Group Training

Individualized training in a group setting of 2-4. Great for friends, teammates, or couples – Sports or activity specific options available

Y Member $19 each/hour    Community Member $35 each/hour
Y Member $14 each/half hour     Community Member $25 each/half hour
