Our classes offer an active, progressive, and structured environment where children can learn new skills and make new friends!
Our classes introduce organized activity in a safe and welcoming environment. All classes are divided into age & skill appropriate groups.

SPRING SESSION RUNS:
March 18th- May 4th

LIL’ STARS: 18 months-3 years (must be walking)

Together, with your child, you will lead through fun obstacles courses and drills arranged so that your child will gain strength, balance, coordination & developing gross motor skills.

TWINKLING STARS JR. TODDLERS:
Ages 3 years- 4 years (30 minutes)

The Twinkling Stars Jr. Program is designed to help our 3 and 4 year olds to transition form a parent-tot setting to an independent class. Toddler gymnastics teaches children to listen to directions and take turns. The class is set up with age appropriate lessons that will continue to build on strength, balance, coordination, and gross motor skill, while learning the basics of gymnastics.

TWINKLING STARS PRE-SCHOOL:
Ages 4 years- 5 years (45 minutes)

We use circuits with drills and skill stations to continue to introduce and build on basic gymnastics skills. Our lessons teach the proper and safe way to perform each gymnastics skill in a progressive manner. Circuits and stations for strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance are also included.

STEPPING & SHOOTING STARS:
Beginner and Intermediate School Age
5 years (kindergarten)- 12 years (60 minutes)

The programs introduces and builds on the basics of gymnastics in a progressive manner. Skills will be introduced, practiced, and repeated in a safe, fun atmosphere. Each week is designed to introduce and/or develop specific skills with a focus on balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength. All classes are divided into age and skill appropriate groups.

RISING STARS ADVANCED:
Instructor Recommendation (90 minutes)

This 90-minute advanced gymnastics class allows the gymnast to continue to develop their skills and build on skills learned at the intermediate level. As the skills increase in level of difficulty, your gymnasts will be given specific drills and strength/flexibility exercises to safely prepare them to perform these skills with confidence.

All classes are held at the JM McDonald Sport Complex, 4292 Fairgrounds Drive, Cortland, NY 13045
