Summer is right around the corner.

Most years, spring finds us rushing towards camp, putting together another summer of fun for our campers.

This year, we know that camp might look a little different. We’re working closely with the health department to anticipate the changes we’re likely to see this year, and learn how to best move forward, keeping the health and safety of our campers and staff as our top priority.

As of right now, our plan is to have summer camp this year, as scheduled, and to keep it as close to the summer camp experience your children love (and you expect) as possible.

Because of the unprecedented situation, we’ve temporarily changed our registration procedure. You can sign up for summer camp online without needing to pay a deposit, saving your child’s space in our program.  This is not a guarantee of space; we will open camp to as many campers as possible, but that number might be reduced for safety reasons. If that happens, registrations will be available to reserved campers in the order they reserved their space.

If you’re interested in financial aid for summer camp, please fill out the Membership and Membership for All forms and either email them, as well as the required financial documents and personal letter, to ymca@cortlandymca.org or mail it to Cortland YMCA 22 Tompkins St. Cortland, NY 13045.
