This ladies-only group is designed to provide encouragement and motivation in changing habits and creating a life-long healthy lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to start your weight loss journey, receive support for your continuing journey, or help maintaining a healthy lifestyle, this group is for you!
We’re combining YMCA tools with the SPARK PEOPLE program, which includes free weight loss tools, a supportive community, recipes, and more. Meetings will include a 30 minute meeting followed by a 30 minute workout (although participants are welcome to continue to use the fitness facility after the class ends).
Not only are you getting personalized recommendations and motivation, you’re also joining a community of women dedicated to living healthier lives. Make friends with shared goals, find a workout buddy, and more! This group lays the foundation; where you take it is up to you!
YMCA Spark meets on Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, starting on December 7th.
This program is free to members and only $15/class for nonmembers.
