Vinyasa Yoga w/Jeannine Gettis
In this yoga class, you will decrease stress through a well-rounded practice that will increase breathing awareness, lengthen and strengthen your body, clear your mind and balance your energy.
Appropriate for all fitness levels; each individual's safety will be respected and modifications will be offered to decrease or increase the intensity of the work-out.
Instructor BIO:
Jeannine Gettis has been joyously exploring many Yogic traditions over the last 14 years and teaching Hatha Vinyasa classes since 2001. Jeannine has taught specialized yoga classes for children, senior citizens and people with developmental disabilities.
